saYPro's Young Professional of the Year award
​
We launched this initiative in 2022 in partnership with the Shawano County Chamber of Commerce. Nominations are accepted from October through December. Our board conducts a blind voting process to select the most qualified candidate. The chosen individual is announced and honored at the Shawano County Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet.

Scholarships to Leadership Shawano County​
​
saYPro established a scholarship for Young Professionals to attend Leadership Shawano County, the program where saYPro itself was originally launched as a project. This scholarship is another way we give back to the community while helping young professionals participate in this impactful leadership opportunity.

saYPro Scholarships ​
​
saYPro created a scholarship to help young professionals manage the extra costs that come with advancing their careers. This includes support for continuing professional education, educational degrees, certifications, and professional designations. Also, for those YP businesses who might need help with the cost of becoming a Chamber member.
